Grind Master offers CP Series range of machines for polishing all 4 sides of Square/ Rectangular Tubes in single pass. CP series machine is used for polishing of Tubes from length 3000mm to 6000mm. Tube cross sectional dimensions can vary from 6mm to 100mm in width as well as height.
As this machine finishes the tube in single pass, tubes are handled only once which results along with uniform polish/ Finish on all 4 sides. This process has proved to be around 25% cost efficient compared to manual process. It comes with features like roller supports for inlet & outlet for easy load-unload. |
